We were excited to learn that we were once again picked as one of The Knot’s “Best of” Wedding Photographers for 2009! Thank you to all of our brides from 2008 who voted for us for this year! We truly appreciate your support and kind words about our work. We don’t consider it “work” as we truly love what we do and enjoy getting to know so many awesome people along the way!
It’s that time of year, peeps, bunnies, easter eggs, new dresses, cute outfits, and WAY too much candy! We are happy to announce mini sessions on Saturday, March 21st. 15 minute sessions…..you bring the cute kids in cute clothes, we’ll do the rest! (Any “Easter” accessories are fine too!)
Please list your preferred times….ie: 10am-12 noon or 1-3, etc. We will do our best to get you in your preferred time slot! These sessions will take place at our studio in Southlake!
They truly had a Winter Wonderland wedding complete with antique dessert dishes, silver spoons, crystal chandeliers and a lot of snow. The details in the wedding were awesome! From the antique light fixtures that adorned some of the tables to the gold chargers at each place setting…..the place just glowed. Did I mention they did all of this under a big tent?! And the weather cooperated as it was freezing outside!!! Here are a few of our favorites!
We have met some WONDERFUL families doing what we do! We just had our first wedding of 2009 this weekend and the bride was Rachel….her bridals are below. We shot her sister’s wedding in 2007 and fell in love with their family then. They know how to have fun, in fact, you might see their picture next to the definition. But they TRULY love each other….and it’s so obvious! Here are a few of Rachel’s bridals. She is off to St. Thomas today! Have fun!!!

Okay, New Years Resolution #1…must blog more often! We have been SUPER busy with weddings, portraits, holiday cards, etc, etc, etc! We are SUPER excited to be getting CLOSER to moving into our new studio! This has been quite the adventure….but it is going to be AWESOME! We are already booking sessions in the new place starting in February. We are looking for some High School Seniors! If you know anyone, send them our way! We need some models : )Happy New Year…we know 2009 is going to be AWESOME!
We have had TREMENDOUS response to our Holiday Card mini-sessions. We have been asked to add a date…so we are adding November 16th. We’re not sure if Santa will be able to join us or not….but we will be doing the same mini-sessions for $50 (with $25 going to the Genesis Women’s Shelter.) Please email us with the date and times you are interested in booking. We will be booking every 30 minutes!
These two are such a sweet couple. You may remember their engagements from a few months ago. They live in Arkansas, but Machelle is from Dallas originally, so they had the bash here! We LOVED working with them. They are truly in love! I had to include the first photo…because it is so true with these two. Here is a sneak peek into their big day. Enjoy!

This was a GREAT party! The dance floor was packed all night long! We also shot some pretty hilarious photos in the Photo Booth that night!
